"Instantly Restore ALL System Data" is the most significant function of the Reborn Card.

Even boot up by a virulent Floppy "A" drive / USB flash drive, or "FDISK" C drive or Format C drive....you only need to reboot the machine, then the data in the C drive will be restored instantly by the Reborn Card.  (C Drive is used as an example of the Hard Disk).

"Reborn Card" and BIOS are on the same level (hardware based) therefore any damage done to the software can be restored instantly by rebooting the computer.

Once "Reborn Card" has been installed, all "Hard disk modifications" by the computer users will undergo an automatic restoration instantly by the next start up. "True modifications" can only be accessed with the "supervisor password" which is set by the administration.

Users can use the computer as usual without noticing the existence of the Reborn Card. It doesn't need to write-protect the Hard Drive, or restrict users from booting up from the A drive or USB flash drive.

It allows users to set up CMOS, to practice re/formatting the Hard disk, deleting files, deleting whole directories, installing new software ...etc.

Administrators don't have to be worried, because no matter what happens to the computer, just "reboot" and any modifications on the Hard disk will be restored to the point as set by the administrator initially.  Furthermore, administrators don't have to be worried about the CMOS having been modified by users.

Reborn Card will detect the data of CMOS automatically when booting up.  If any modifications have been found, they will be restored to the correct settings immediately.

Reborn Card needs not to install any other software driver. It's provided with a special formatted setup diskette.  We assure you that it is truly "plug and play" (PnP). You can finish the installation and setup process easily, without the need to  re-format your hard drive nor re-install your system software.

By the advanced PnP technology, the Reborn Card can dynamically change your partition table without destructing your hard drive data.

All instructions on the screen are clear and understandable. Notations are provided and displayed accordingly. Users should be able to complete setting the card without any difficulties.

 Install multi-"OS" simultaneously
 

You can install all kinds of Operating Systems ("OS") and "software" to prepare for a smooth computer class. "Educational institutions" don't have to give up what they previously invested because their computer can be upgraded to Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP ,OS/2, Linux and etc.

Reborn Card can be divided with up to 30 booting and data partitions on one hard drive. When booting, start-up menu will be displayed automatically so that you can select any system partition as the C: drive. " Data Partition" should be D: drive and it can also be protected by Reborn Card, which provide students to save data.

To permanently keep user/student data, we suggest that user/student to save their data to D: drive, before leaving classroom. Moreover, they should also copy these data to their own floppy diskette.

Each boot-disk is independent to one another allowing administrators to categorize their software separately.

After setting up the software during the installation of Reborn Card initially, there is no more need to worry.  Administrators still have some work to do when installing new software,  or changing setup values and deleting irrelevant / outdated data.

HDD (Hard Disk Drive) copy:

Let's say there are 40 ~ 50 computers in a classroom.  It would be a hard job to set up all of them in a short time. Particularly if they are running an older operating system such as Windows 98 / NT.

The Reborn Card provides a "1 to 3" HDD copy function. You only need to install one hard disk exclusively, then use the HDD copy function to setup the other computers. It will save you a lot of time with less errors.

HDD copy by Network Card:

To prevent from disassembling and assembling the computer with HDD copy, Reborn Card provides 2 ways of HDD copy from Network: "SERVER download HDD copy " and "Broadcast method HDD copy". With these two functions, you have the following three options:

 » Copy all of the HDD's tracks
 » Copy a single Boot-Disk only
 » Copy Parameter and SETUP values

From now on, you would only need to install one hard disk exclusively, then use the different options of the HDD copy function provided by the Reborn Card.  We believe that the administration of computers would be an easier and less time consuming task with the Reborn Card.
